- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1½ cups beef stock
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2.5 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup milk

Brown the beef in a large skillet and drain the excess fat.

Add the onion and carrots, and cook until softened.
