Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon (half sliced, half juiced)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

    Pat the salmon dry and place it skin-side down on the sheet.

    Mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and brush it over the salmon.
